What Upgrade Options are available?

There are several upgrade options. You can get your own domain name. Or upgrade to a bigger website, with some fancy functions or a shopping cart, or add emails and more.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, pick an option above. Either pay in full or pay over 3 months. When completed, come back to this page and complete the monthly hosting subscription. That’s it. We provide numerous pay methods through our secure processor “payfast”.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use payfast.io by network to process all our billing. In South Africa there are many ways to pay, see during checkout. International buyers, only with Visa & Mastercard. If you prefer to pay with an EFT payment, let us know. You will have to pay hosting for a year.

How long does my TINYSITE design take?

We may have a short waiting list, so place order right away. From when we start, and have your completed content forms, we can set it all up within a day or two.

Do you accept international clients?

Yes, we most certainly do. But international payments can only be with Visa or Mastercard. Be sure to call your bank and advise them you are about to buy web hosting services from South Africa, from Redline Web Works via payfast (by network). Else your card charge attempt may fail as your card is being protected by your bank.

What is your return policy?

Since we do all the work up front, numerous hours, we have a policy of no refunds. If you bought your TINYSITE using our convenient 3 months pay plan option, should all the payments not be honoured, the service will be suspended, without any refund.

Can I track my order?

No need. As soon as your payment is done, we will connect with you via email, send you instructions of what we need, forms with your data to complete, tell you how to share images with us, and as soon as your data is received in full, your tinysite will magically appear withing a day or two. Unless we have longer onboarding list of clients. Typically your site goes live within 1 to 3 days. Unless we are all man-down with the flu. 🙂

How does it work?

So simple. Step 1, decide if you paying in full, that’s priority for us. Complete your payment. We will auto-receive your contact info. Next, come back to this page and complete the monthly subscription charge process. So that’s 2 charges / transactions right away. They are separate. Next, you will receive a welcome pack email from us with instructions. Then you select your design components from our catalogue. And you specify what TINYSITE address you wish to have. It will be in the form of www.tinysite.co.za/YOURPAGE . You complete the data forms and send us any photos you would like on your TINYSITE. And that’s it, like magic, your own beautiful one-pager website appears.

Can we make changes afterwards?

Yes, of course. Keep in mind, ours is a ‘time’ business. Depending on what you need changed, we may charge you an hourly rate. If it’s simple like fixing a typo or a rendering problem, that’s on us. We want you to be a delightfully happy client of ours. Just keep in mind our time and the super budget price for your TINYSITE. If what you want changed requires more than 5 or 10 minutes, we will advise with a quote for scope of works

Can I upgrade to a full scale website later?

Yes, of course. Whatever your needs for a larger web presence, if you need more than one page, or if you need your own domain with your own email accounts and more fancy tools built-in to your site, like booking systems, image galleries, e-commerce shopping cart and more, we will consult with you on strategy and your specific purpose needs, craft a solution together and quote accordingly.
